The tax organizer is a fillable pdf file that is password encrypted.  To prevent sensitive data from being entered on the tax organizer, EZCrewTax also uses a secure online profile to be used in conjunction with the tax organizer.  This allows us to use a profile id number on the pdf, instead of real names or social security numbers.  The actual sensitive data is entered in the online secure profile page and is secured using bank-level security with 256-bit data encryption and extended SSL data transfer.
