Because of this, EZCrewTax has created a way to gather this information securely.  When you first login to EZCrewTax, you will be directed to a secure online profile page that captures most of the information we require about these various people.  When this page is finalized, you will see that each person involved in your tax return is assigned a profile id number.

These profile id numbers get used in the actual tax organizer which is in pdf format.  This means you can avoid entering actual names or social security numbers on the tax organizer.  Instead, just enter the profile id number where ever you are asked, and we can pull up the specific information from our end.

This helps to secure your sensitive information because information stored in the profile page uses bank-level security with 256 bit data encryption and enhanced SSL.
